It is the intention of the Heart of Light Foundation to acquire a property, support it with well-invested funds, and provide Vincent with a home and ongoing medical treatment and professional care for the rest of his life. The Foundation does not believe that his family should be subject to any further financial burden to support him medically, and the time horizon to achieve this is five years.
